Two years ago I began working with Karen Liberman, combining our facilitation skills to provide community groups, agencies and coalitions with a high energy, high impact method of strategic planning and direction setting. Karen is the Executive Director of the Mood Disorder of Association of Ontario. Prior to her new position Karen worked as Director of Development and Training at the Community Social Planning Council of Toronto. The she headed up the CSPC-T Training Institute and was its primary workshop developer and facilitator. Karen is a much sought after consultant/facilitator particularly in the areas of visioning and strategic planning, coalition building, community organizing and community development.
Rachel Gilooly has had extensive experience in planning special events, conferences, consultations and programs for associations, NGO's and coalitions. Rachel possesses exceptionally strong management, coordination, organizational and administrative skills. Rachel's particular strengths lie in program design and setting the environmental context to ensure that all participants have a meaningful and fulfilling experience. Rachel also works with groups to ensure that all the details that go into making the process effective are in place.
Last year Karen and myself joined with Rachel to form Outside the Lines, a team approach to event planning in support of organizations, associations, coalitions in efforts to coalesce and plan for action.
Organizations may utilize the facilitation and planning skills of Karen and myself together, or in conjunction with Rachel's skills of planning, organizing and delivering large or small events and conferences.
